Das Zimmer is sehr gemütlich und hat mit 17qm eine angenehme Größe. Der Boden ist ein Parkettboden und es wurde auch ausgeweisst. Es besitzt auch ein sehr großes Fenster welches mit automatischen Rollläden ausgestattet ist. Das Bett sowie den Kasten würde ich drinnen lassen für eine Ablöse. Sonst nehm ich Sie aber auch mit.

Man ist in 2min bei der Karl-franzens-Universität bzw. im Uni Viertel. Es gibt in jede Richtung Verkehrsanbindungen und obwohl es so nahe an der Uni ist, hat man seine Ruhe. Außerdem ist man in weniger als 2min beim Sorger um sich einen Kaffee zu holen oder auch eine leckere Mehlspeise.

Zurzeit wohnt der 21-jährige Simon in der WG. Er ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er respektiert die Privatsphäre des anderen und redet gern wenn man es will :) Das Leben in der WG ist sehr nett und entspannt. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr hilfsbereit und wenn etwas kaputt kommt sofort eine Reparatur.
