Das Zimmer hat 22m^2 und ist westseitig, daher sehr hell und sonnig.
Die Wohnung ist direkt im Univiertel neben der KF- man braucht zu Fuß 5-10' zur Brandhofgasse/ Reiterkaserne und 5' zur KF.
Die Bushaltestelle mit den Linien 63/64/31/39/41 ist in 3-5' erreichbar.
Auch zur Bim-Haltestelle mit den Nummern 1/7 sind es zu Fuß max 7'.
Lautstärke ist kein Problem. Ich bin Musiker und habe regelmäßig geübt - es gab nie ein Problem deswegen.
Das Zimmer kostet 364 Euro - ohne Strom und ohne Internet.
Möbel können teilweise übernommen werden.
