Hallo Alle!
Ab März werde ich meine Mitbewohnerinnen, Freundinnen und unsere schöne gemeinsame Wohnung verlassen.
!!!ACHTUNG: Es besteht die Möglchkeit das Zimmer nur bis Juli/August zu mieten ODER länger!!!
Es ist eine 110^2 Wohnung am Stadtpark mit einem tollen Balkon, der immer in's Grüne blicken darf. Im Sommer ist er ausgestatten mit bunten Blumen, Himbeeren, Tomaten und allen wichtigen Kräutern zum Zaubern oder zum Kochen!
Und das Zimmer?
Groß, hell, mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank.
Die Fotos sind nicht mehr die Neuesten, aber schreib mich gerne an und ich schicke dir gerne mehr. Einen tollen Charakter hat es, auf alle Fälle :)
(Ich hinterlasse gerne einige Möbel mit Ablöse. Wenn das nicht erwünscht ist, passt das auch gut.)

Hello everyone!
I will be leaving my dear roommates, friends and our shared apartment in March.
ATTENTION: There is the possibility to rent the room only until July/August OR longer.
It is a 110^2 apartment at the city park with a gorgeous balcony, which always looks into the green. In the summer it is equipped with colorful flowers, raspberries, tomatoes and all the important herbs for conjuring or cooking!
And the room?
Large, bright, with a walk-in closet.
The photos are not the most recent, but feel free to write to me and I'll send you more. It definitely has a great character :)
(I am happy to leave some furniture with a replacement. If that's not desired, that's fine too).
Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtpark und 10 Gehminuten von der Uni oder dem Hauptplatz entfernt. Am Geidorfplatz ist man im 2 Minuten, dort gibt's ein Kino oder man kann Mittwochs und Samstags zum Bauernmarkt!
The apartment is located next to the city park and a 10-minute walk from the university or the main square. Geidorfplatz is 2 minutes away, there's a movie theater or you can go to the farmers' market on Wednesdays and Saturdays!
Zu den Bewohnerinnen:
Eva und Sophia studieren Ingeneurswissenschaften und Grundschullehramt, beide Studien neigen sich dem Ende zu. Außerhalb des Uni - Krams tanzt Sophia hin und wieder heimlich im Zimmer, singt im Haus heurm oder bringt dich in's Theater. Eva beglückt mit Süßspeisen, lässt sich's gut gehen, rechnet viel und hört sich wahrscheinlich Podcasts sogar im Schlaf an. Es wird ab und zu gesportelt, viel gekocht, gegessen noch mehr. Gefeiert natürlich auch!
Jeder hat meistens viel zu tun, deshalb werden Privatsphäre und Ruhe immer ernst genommen wenn gewünscht!
Wir würden uns freuen wenn du mal vorbei kommst... auf Kaffee... oder Spritz?

About the residents:
Eva and Sophia are studying engineering and primary school teaching, both studies are coming to an end. Outside of university, Sophia occasionally dances secretly in her room, sings hymns in the house or takes you to the theater. Eva treats you to desserts, chills out, does maths and probably even listens to podcasts in her sleep. From time to time they do sports, cook a lot and eat even more. And of course we party too!
Everyone usually has a lot to do, so privacy and quiet are always taken seriously if desired!
We would be happy if you came by sometime... for a coffee... or a Spritz?
