Das Zimmer, in das du einziehst hat 14m2 und liegt auf der sonnigen Straßenseite. Es ist vollmöbliert und daher perfekt für eine Zwischenmiete. Die Küche und das Badezimmer fallen sehr großzügig aus.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer perfekten Lage. Sie ist nur 10 Minuten von der KFU, PPH- Augustinus, PH- Steiermark und Campus 02 entfernt. Zudem braucht man auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit der Linie 39 in die Stadt hinein.
Anna ist Pädagogin und somit Berufstätig. Hannah ist Studentin und strickt für ihr Leben gerne. Sie sind sehr gesellige Mädels und sitzen daher auch gerne mal am Abend bei einem Achterl Wein zusammen. Es wird auch gerne zusammen gekocht und dabei der neueste Gosspi ausgetauscht.
Da die WG mit Ende Jänner aufgelöst wird, besteht auch die Option die gesamte Wohnung zu übernehmen und ab Jänner eine neue WG zu gründen.
