Hallo ihr lieben Menschen,
Dein neues wunderschönes Zimmer wird ab dem 1. Juni 2024 frei, ein späterer Einzug ist möglich (und ab dem 1.6 wird noch ein Zimmer frei, falls ihr was zusammen sucht). In der WG sind alle Zimmer ungefähr gleich groß, d.h. auch dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat ca. 18m^2. Dein Zimmer ist recht hell, geräumig und hat einen wunderschönen Holzboden.
Da Lizzie zurück nach Amerika ziehen will, möchte sie gerne alle Möbel in der Wohnung lassen, ist sie da aber noch am überlegen. Das können wir dann zusammen ausreden.
Außerdem ist das Zimmer ein Semi-Durchgangszimmer, das heißt Kia läuft vielleicht ab und zu durchs Zimmer (die Tür ist allerdings direkt neben deiner Zimmertür, also sie musst auf jeden Fall nicht dein komplettes Zimmer durchqueren :D). Allerdings hat sie auch eine extra Ausgangstür durch die sie zur Wohnungstür kommt, das heißt nachts oder wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst, etc. könnt ihr das ganz individuell klären, wie es für dich passt.
Your beautiful new room will be available on June 1, 2024. All rooms in the flat are roughly the same size including your future room, which is 18m^2. The room is bright, spacious, and has a lovely wooden floor.
Since Lizzie is moving back to the US in June, she plans to leave all of the furniture in the apartment. Of course, if you have your own furniture we can work something out :)
Besides that, the room is a semi-through room, which means Kia has the option to go through your room to enter her room. The doors are right next to each other so she doesn't have to walk through the entirety of your room. Kia can use another door that goes out to the hallway from her room, so if it's night or you just want some peace and quiet, she doesn't have to go through your room. It has been no problem for Lizzie, since they're both respectful of each other's space and open to communicating about it :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Zinzendorfgasse nahe der Glacis Straße und direkt über dem voll lieben Café Parks!
Wer Graz kennt, weiß, die Lage ist erstklassig:
Der Stadtpark ist fast direkt vor der Haustür, der nächste Supermarkt ist in der Straße selbst Bars und Cafés sind nah dabei!
Die KF und die Kunstuni sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und auch in die Innenstadt brauchst du zu Fuß nicht länger als 10min. Bus Nr. 31 und 39 fahren direkt vorm Haus ab.
Was soll man also sagen? Es ist alles da!
The apartment is located on Zinzendorfgasse near Glacis Straße and directly above the much-loved café Parks!
Anyone who knows Graz knows that the location is first class:
The Stadtpark is almost on the doorstep, the nearest supermarket is on the street itself, bars, cafés and the KF/Kunstuni are just a few minutes' walk away and you don't need more than 10 minutes to walk into the city center either. Bus no. 31 and 39 leave right in front of the building.
So what can you say? It's all there!
Da Lizzie schweren Herzens die WG und Graz verlasst, bleiben in der WG Vanessa (23), studiert Biochemie und Ernährungswissenschaften und ist das Herz der WG, und Kia (24), studiert Gender Studies & Sexualpädagogik und ist immer für eine Kippe und ein Lachen auf dem Balkon bereit, und auch einen neuen MitbewohnerIn.
Wir kochen, lesen und chillen gerne gemeinsam, spielen Kartenspiele und machen auch außerhalb der wg gelegentlich was.
Da die Wohnung seit 15 Jahren eine WG ist, fühlt man sich hier sehr schnell Zuhause! :-) Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, und unternehmen gerne was zusammen, aber nehmen uns auch alle unsere Freiräume.
Kia hat zwei kleine super süße Malteser-Mischlinge, Moyo und Jua :-)
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich zusammenfassend sehr familiär aber dennoch sehr frei, unkompliziert und ungezwungen und natürlich hat trotzdem jeder sein eigenes Leben! :)

As Lizzie is leaving the shared flat and Graz with a heavy heart, your future roomies are Vanessa (23), who is studying biochemistry and nutritional sciences and is the heart of the shared flat, Kia (24), who is studying gender studies and sex education, and is always ready for a cig and a laugh on the balcony, and one other new roommate.
We like to cook, read and chill out together, have game nights or go on excursions in town. As the apartment has been a shared flat for 15 years, you quickly feel at home here!
We are up for any kind of fun and deep talk, but we also respect each other's free space :)
Kia's two sweet dogs--Moyo and Jua-- who offer even more love to the apartment :)
So life in the shared flat is very casual but still very free, uncomplicated and informal, and of course everyone still has their own life! :)
