In unsere 3er Wg wird ab 1.8.2024( gerne auch schon früher) ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich 7min zu Fuß von der KF entfernt und in 3-5 min erreicht man diverse Bushaltestellen in der Nähe.Dein Zimmer ist in den Innenhof gelegen und ist sehr ruhig sodass man auch ohne Probleme mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. In unmittelbarer Nähe bedinden sich verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Apotheke und Bipa.
Die Miete beträgt derzeit 380€ mit Internet.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit zwei netten Mädels die ebenfalls in Graz studieren.
Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, Badezimmer und Klo sind getrennt und eine Küche mit einem Esstisch.
Der Kleiderschrank gehört zum Inventar der Wohnung und kann somit kostenlos übernommen werden.
