Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2Stock,ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet,hat ca 50m²,bestehend aus 2 Zimmern,Küche,Vorraum,Bad,extra WC,Balkon ist zwar nur über mein Zimmer erreichbar kann aber gegebenfalls mitbenützt werden.
Nachbarn sind auch alle sehr nett - gabs nie Probleme.
Zimmer wird unmöbliert vergeben!
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen LKH und KF-Uni in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Straßenbahn und Busstationen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt(1,7,41,220)
Tankstelle,Spar,Apoteke und sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zahlreiche Lokale und Restaurants in nächster Nähe :)
Schöne Laufstrecke in der Umgebung (Hilmteich,Leechwald)
Suche eine nette ,umgängliche Person :)
Wäre schön wenn es keine reine "Zweck-WG" wird...
Kurz zu meiner Person:
Ich bin 23,berufstätig,besuche nebenbei die abendschule,bin gern in der Natur (wandern,klettern),koche und backe gern^^,geh recht gern ins kino oder besuche div. ausstellungen aber geh auch recht gern mal auf den einen oder anderen cocktail ;)
