Mein Name ist Laetitia und ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin für ein sehr helles, großes Zimmer gegenüber von der Resowi (Karl Franzens Universität)! Somit kann man es schon als optimale Univiertel- Lage benennen! Auch in die Stadt, in den Stadtpark oder zur Med Uni ist es nicht weit!
Außerdem haben wir die Resowi Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür.
Ich werde ab Januar in Hongkong studieren und würde mich freuen, wenn mein Zimmer für die Zeit anderweitig „belebt“ werden würde! Meine Möbel bleiben gerne zur Benutzung drin (oder können in den Keller gestellt werden).
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat zusätzlich eine separate, gemütliche Bettnische. Außerdem hat es zwei große Fenster und ist dadurch wirklich sehr hell.
Die Küche ist sehr gemütlich und läd zum gemeinsamen sitzen, essen, kochen, trinken ein. Auch sie hat ein großes Fenster und beide Räume gehen Richtung Süd-Westen. Somit hat man ab Mittag immer wunderbar die Sonne hereinscheinen!
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist super nett und auch wenn sie viel arbeitet, kann man immer viel Spaß mit ihr haben! Sie ist herzlich und offen ( für „Stadtbesichtigungen“ oder zum Ausgehen!)
Da mein Semester ab Anfang Oktober wieder beginnt, würde ich spätestens dann gerne wieder einziehen wollen!

Hello People,
My name is Laetitia and I am looking for a new flatmate for intermediate rent!
From January on, I will study in Hongkong and would like to rent the flat until the end of september.
You would live with my friendly roommate Jitka. She is lovely, even though she works quite a lot, she is much fun and very open ( for showing the city or going out!)
My flat is 1 minute away from the Karl-Franzens-University and therefore perfectly located in the studentarea and very close to the park and city!! Also the medical university is not far away.
My room is very big, and has a very comportible alcove where the bed could be!! It has two big window and is therefore very lightend up!
You could use all my furniture (or could storage it in the basement, as you prefere!)
The kitchen is a cosy zone for cooking, eating, learning and sitting in the sun with friends. There is also everything already inside, so you wouldnt need to buy anything.
All rooms face south-west, so you have the sun beautifully shining inside, nearly all day long!
My Flatmate is a very friendly, funny, calm and easygoing girl! She is very open and likes to go out! You would never be bored around her.
