Das Zimmer ist ca. 19 qm groß und separat begehbar. Es wird möbeliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und drei Regalen vermietet. Im Zimmer steht auch ein Klavier, dass ich gerne einer verantwortungsvollen Person überlasse.
Die Wohnung ist 145 qm groß und liegt im Erdgeschoss einer Jahrhundertwende-Villa mit Garten. Der gemeinsame Mittelpunkt der Wohnung ist die ca. 20 qm große Küche, ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. In der Küche existiert für jede:n Mitbewoher:in ein separater Aufbewahrungsschrank für Lebensmittel und dgl. Angrenzend daran befindet sich ein großes Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC, sowie einer Waschmaschine. Zusätzlich gibt es in der Wohnung noch eine zweite Toilette.
Im Garten haben wir die Möglichkeit unsere Fahrräder abzustellen. Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos gibt es in der direkten Umgebung (blaue und grüne Zone), nicht aber am Grundstück.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
The room is about 19 sqm and has a separate entrance. It is rented furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and three shelves. There is also a piano in the room, which I will gladly leave to a responsible person.
The apartment is 145 sqm and is located on the first floor of a turn-of-the-century villa with a garden. The common center of the apartment is the kitchen of about 20 square meters, equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. In the kitchen there is a separate storage cupboard for food and such for each flatmate. Adjacent to it is a large shared bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, as well as a washing machine. In addition, there is a second toilet in the apartment.
In the garden we have the possibility to park our bicycles. Parking for cars is available in the immediate vicinity (blue and green zone), but not at the property.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Nicht nur die Uni Graz, sondern auch die Med-Uni und Teile der Kunst Uni bzw. TU sind in ca. 15 Minuten bequem zur Fuß erreichbar. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 1) liegt nur 1 Minute entfernt und es befinden sich auch mehrere Bustationen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ebenfalls problemlos zur Fuß erreichbar sind mehrere Supermärkte.
Auch die Innenstadt ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang bzw. Trip mit dem Rad entfernt.
Not only the University of Graz, but also the Med-Uni and parts of the Kunst Uni or TU are within walking distance of about 15 minutes. The nearest tram stop (line 1) is only 1 minute away and there are also several bus stations in the immediate vicinity.
There are also several supermarkets within easy walking distance.
The city center is also only a short walk or trip by bike away.
Ich, Lea, bin auf der Suche nach einem/einer Untermieter:in da ich im Sommersemester 2024 ins Ausland gehe. Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte Jänner zu haben, ich werde im Juli wieder zurückkommen. Die genauen Termine können wir uns gerne ausmachen, da ich diesbezüglich flexibel bin.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Lilly, Max und Hanna. Alle drei studieren noch und freuen sich auf neue Leute, auch Austauschstudent:innen sind gerne willkommen. Das Zusammenleben verläuft ganz gemütlich und ruhig und beinhaltet viele gemeinsame Abende in der Küche bzw. im Garten, aber auch ganz viel gegenseitige Unterstützung und Motivation beim Studieren. Während der Sommermonate wird der Garten unser zweites Wohnzimmer, wo eine Gartengarnitur und bequeme Sessel viel Platz zum Leben, Lernen und Schlafen bieten. Auch gemeinsame Grillabende sind bei uns immer wieder schöne Möglichkeiten, um sich zu unterhalten.
I, Lea, am looking for a lodger as I am going on Erasmus in the summer term. The room will be available from mid-January and I will be back in July. We can work out the exact dates as I am quite flexible in that matter
Your future roommates are Lilly, Max and Hannah. All three are still studying and are looking forward to meeting new people, exchange students are for sure welcome. Living together will be very comfortable and lovely and may include many evenings together in the kitchen or in the garden, but also a lot of mutual support and motivation while studying. During the summer months, the garden becomes our second living room, where a garden set and comfortable armchairs offer plenty of space for living, studying and sleeping. We also enjoy barbecues together, which are always a great way to socialize.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 440€, wobei hier schon alle Nebenkosten für Heizen, Strom etc. inkludiert sind. Miete und Nebenkosten stellen also einen monatlichen Fixbetrag dar. Im Preis nicht inkludiert ist das Internet, welches aber über uns Mieter läuft und z.Z 10 Euro im Monat beträgt. Insgesamt beträgt die Miete dann 450 Euro.
