Mein Zimmer besitzt einen französischen Balkon, durch den das Zimmer immer ausgeleuchtet ist. Es ist 13 m2 groß und ist in der Körösistraße.
Es wäre ab den 1.März 2022 verfügbar.
Die Wohnung teilt sich in 3 eigenständigen Zimmer auf. Zur allgemeinen Nutzung steht eine Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler, ein separates WC und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung.
Eine Bim - Station ist fast gleich vor der Wohnung und bietet damit eine sehr gute Anbindung.
Die Nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 5min Fußweg entfernt.
Zu Fuß ist man in 15min am Hauptplatz und es führt der Mur-Radweg an der Wohnung vor bei.
Zur Uni (egal welche) braucht man mit dem Rad ca. 15min
Du hättest zwei Mitbewohnerinnen, die auch studieren und dich natürlich gerne kennenlernen wollen.
Die Kaution beträgt 800€.
Zur Miete kommen noch 10€ fürs Wlan hinzu.
Gewünscht wäre eine Corona - Impfung.
