Hey!
We are looking for someone to take a lovely, bright room in our apartment. The room is 11m2 and has a big wardrobe available. The room also has space for a desk and a bed of course.
You will be sharing the apartment with me (Sally, from Ireland) and Kira (from Finland). We are in our mid-twenties and speak English in the apartment (we are both learning German ;)).
The room is available straight away.
The apartment is located just a 5 minute walk from Geidorfplatz and has a Billa and Spar moments away. The apartment has a lovely modern kitchen and a great balcony which gets full sunshine during the afternoon and evening.
If you are interested in the room, please send us a little bit about yourself (ie. if you are studying/working, hobbies etc.)and how long you are interested in renting the room.

Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin für ein schönes, helles Zimmer in unserer WG. Das Zimmer ist 11m2 groß und hat einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer bietet auch Platz für einen großen Schreibtisch.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit mir (Sally) und Kira teilen. Wir sind Mitte Zwanzig und sprechen Englisch in der Wohnung (wir lernen Deutsch ;)).
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. März verfügbar, aber dies ist flexibel.
Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Geidorfplatz entfernt und hat Billa und Spar in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schöne moderne Küche und einen Balkon, der nachmittags und abends volle Sonne bekommt.
Wenn Sie sich für das Zimmer interessieren, senden Sie uns bitte einige Angaben zu Ihrer Person (z. B. studieren/arbeiten Sie, Hobbies).
Great location and close to Stadtpark. 5 minutes from Geidorfplatz, 5 minutes from KFU. Regular bus to HBF and Jakominiplatz nearby.
We have recently moved to Graz and are have just started our respective Masters and PhD programmes. We are looking for someone who is easy-going and tidy but who is happy to spend time with everyone in the apartment, enjoy a beer etc.
Heating and electricity is included in rent. Wifi is approx. 10 euro per person per month. We have many appliances in the kitchen that everyone can use.
