Da ich mein Studium demnächst abschließen werde, suche ich einen NachmieterInnen für ein gemütliches, ruhiges, unmöbliertes Zimmer (ca. 19m²) in einer 3er WG in absoluter Traumlage ab 01.07./01.08. (genauen Termin können wir uns noch ausmachen, evtl. wäre der Schrank zu übernehmen wenn gewünscht).
Das Zimmer ist nach Nordwesten in den/die Innenhöfe/Gärten gerichtet, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist (nächste Straße ist eine Einbahn). Man kann im Sommer also sehr gut mit offenen Fenstern schlafen (inkl. Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen). Durch die zwei Fenster ist das Zimmer schön hell und man kommt direkt vom Zimmer auf den Balkon, den du dir mit deinem Zimmernachbarn Joachim teilst. Hier hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick vom Plabutsch bis zum Schöckel.

As I will soon finish my studies, I am looking for a new tenant for a cosy, quiet, unfurnished room (approx. 19m²) in an absolute dream location from 01.07./01.08. (we can still agree on the exact date, possibly the wardrobe could be taken over if desired).
The room faces northwest into the courtyard(s)/garden(s), which makes it very quiet (next street is a one-way). So you can sleep very well with open windows in summer (incl. birdsong in the morning). The two windows make the room nice and bright and you can go directly from the room to the balcony, which you share with your room neighbour Joachim. Here you have a wonderful view from Plabutsch to Schöckel.
Die Wohnung befindet sich inmitten der beliebtestens Viertel Lend, Geidorf, Innenstadt am Rande des Schlossbergs. Einmal umfallen und du bist am Schlossberg, im Stadtpark, an der Mur oder in der Innenstadt. In wenigen Metern ist eine Apotheke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Hofer, DM, Bäcker), Fahrradladen und Öffis (Straßenbahn Linie 4 und 5, Bus 58, 63) zu erreichen. Zweimal umfallend und die bist an der KFU sowie TU (mit dem Fahrrad ca. 8 und 12 min). Solltest du ein Auto besitzen, ist im uneinsehbaren Innenhof ein Stellplatz der Wohnung zugewiesen (wurde bisher von mir benutzt).
The flat is located in the middle of the most popular districts of Lend, Geidorf and the city centre on the edge of the Schlossberg. Just turn around and you are at the Schlossberg, in the Stadtpark, at the Mur or in the city centre. A pharmacy, shopping facilities (Spar, Hofer, DM, bakery), bicycle shop and public transport (tram lines 4 and 5, bus 58, 63) are just a few metres away. Turn around twice and you are at the KFU and TU (approx. 8 and 12 minutes by bike). If you have a car, there is a parking space assigned to the flat in the secluded courtyard (I have used it so far).
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG und verfügt über einen kleinen Gang mit Garderobe, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich, einem Bad mit Badewanne/Dusch-Kombination inkl. Waschmaschine sowie die zwei Zimmer deiner MitbewohnerInnen. Geheizt wird über eine Fußbodenheizung.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, man kann in Ruhe seiner Arbeit nachgehen. Die Küche ist meist der Ort des Zusammenkommens, wobei man sich auch zurückziehen und seine Ruhe genießen kann. Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit dem hilfsbereiten Joachim (33) teilen. Der andere Mitbewohner zieht mit seiner Freundin zusammen, weshalb das andere Zimmer derzeit noch frei ist.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ebenso die Nachbarn im Haus.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and has a small hallway with wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination incl. washing machine and the two rooms of your flatmates. Heating is provided by underfloor heating.
The WG life is very relaxed, and you can go about your work in peace and quiet. The kitchen is usually the place to get together, although you can also withdraw and enjoy your peace and quiet. You would share the flat with the helpful Joachim (33). As the other flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, his room is currently vacant.
The landlady is very nice and helpful, as are the neighbours in the house.
