Hallo an alle Wohnungssuchende für den Sommer!
Ich biete mein 16m² großes Zimmer zur ruhigen Innenhofseite für die Monate Juli bis August zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, offenen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett (+ ein ausziehbares Bett für Besuch), einem Sessel und bietet genügen Raum sich wohlzufühlen.
Die ganze Wohnung ist ca. 110 m² groß und befindet sich in einem Altbau. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit einem angrenzenden Balkon in den Innenhof. WC und Badezimmer sind getrennt.

I am offering my 16m² room facing the quiet courtyard for subletting from about July to August. The room is fully equipped and has a desk, open wardrobe, a bed (+ a pull-out bed for visitors), an armchair and offers enough space to feel comfortable.
The whole flat is about 110 m² and is located in an old building. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice balcony to the inner courtyard. WC and bathroom are separate.
Die Wohnung grenzt direkt an den Stadtpark im Geidorf-Viertel und ist somit sehr zentral. Die Straße liegt in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit auch sehr ruhig. Supermarkt, Trafik, Post, Imbisse, Kino und nette Bars sind in der Nähe und einfach zu Fuß erreichbar.
Direkt in der Wormgasse fahren die Buslinien der 63, 58, und 41. In ca. 5-10 Minuten ist man an der Keplerbrücke, wo weitere Straßenbahnen und Busse erreichbar sind.
Vor der Wohnung gibt es auch Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch sind diese zu zahlen.
The flat lies near to the Stadtpark in the Geidorf district and is therefore very central. The street is located in a side street and is therefore also very quiet. Supermarket, tobacconist, post office, snack bars, cinema and nice bars are nearby and easily accessible on foot.
The bus lines 63, 58 and 41 leave directly from Wormgasse, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach Keplerbrücke, where more trams and buses are available.
There is also parking in front of the flat, but you have to pay for it.
Da wir in den Sommermonaten größtenteils unterwegs sind, gehört die Wohnung so gut wie dir. Ein weiteres Zimmer wird ebenfalls zur Zwischenmiete angeboten, also könntest du möglicherweise doch noch Gesellschaft bekommen.
As we are most of the summer months in our hometown, the flat is pretty much yours. Another room is also available for intermediate rent, so you might have company after all.
