Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer in einer schönen 3er-WG in Geidorf.
Das Zimmer ist auf zwei Räume aufgeteilt, davon nutze ich einen als Schlafzimmer (ca. 14q,) und den kleineren als Büro/Lernraum (ca. 7qm), wie in den Fotos ersichtlich ist.
Weitere Details:
- Adresse: Bergmanngasse 48, 6. Stock mit Lift
- Beziehbar ab 1.7.2022
- Küche, Bad und separates WC, Loggia als gemeinsamer Stauraum
- Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden
- Möbel: Kleiderkasten kann übernommen werden bei Ablöse
- Kellerabteil sowie Fahrradkeller vorhanden
- Parkplatz eventuell mietbar, da müssten wir mit dem Vermieter sprechen

- Stadtpark, KF-Uni sowie Vorklinik sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Linie 63 zur TU-Inffeldgasse fährt vom Geidorfplatz
- Billa und Spar wenige Gehminuten entfernt
Ich selbst sowie ein Mitbewohner bleiben in der WG, bis Oktober zieht aber statt ihm ein Zwischenmieter ein da er sich im Ausland befindet.
Ich ziehe, sollte Interesse an diesem Zimmer bestehen, in ein anderes Zimmer um, welches auch zur Miete frei ist.
Wir beide sind Studenten, die zu Hause eher gerne ihre Ruhe haben. Die eine oder andere WG-Party ist aber natürlich nicht ausgeschlossen!
