Das Zimmer ist circa 18m2 groß mit hohen Decken. Es wird im Sommer durch den Altbau nicht zu heiß, heizen kann man im Winter auch gut, zu kalt wird es also auch nicht. Der Boden ist ein echt schönes Fischgrätparkett. Ich würde gerne das Hochbett, das Sofa und meinen Schreibtisch drinnen lassen gegen eine kleine Ablöse, ist aber kein unbedingtes Muss. Man hört nichts aus den anderen Zimmern, höchstens wenn sich jemand direkt vor dem Zimmer unterhält. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man nichts von der Straße. Obwohl die Wohnung im EG ist, sieht man von der Straße nicht wirklich in die Fenster rein, man hat also Privatsphäre, ein eingebauter guter Sichtschutz ist aber auch vorhanden :)

The room is about 18m2 with high ceilings. It is not too hot in the summer due to the old building, you can heat well in winter, so it is not too cold. The floor is a really nice herringbone parquet. I would like to leave the loft bed, the sofa and my desk inside for a small fee, but it is not a must. You can't hear anything from the other rooms, only when someone is talking loudly right outside the room. With the window closed, you can't hear anything from the street. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, you can not really see from the street in the windows, so you have privacy, but a built-in privacy curtain is also available :)

Die Wohnung liegt im Geidorfviertel und ist dadurch super zentral gelegen. In 3 Minuten Fußweg ist ein Spar und ein Billa erreichbar, Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad ist man in 3 min an der KF, in 15 Minuten am LKH Meduni Campus, in 10 Minuten an der TU. Der Stadtpark ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Innenstadt in 10 Gehminuten.

The apartment is located in the Geidorfviertel and is therefore super centrally located. In 3 minutes walking distance you can reach a Spar and a Billa, the bus stop is right in front of the door. By bike you can reach the Karl-Franzens University in 3 minutes, the LKH Meduni Campus in 15 minutes, the Technical University in 10 minutes. The city park can be reached in 3 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes by foot.

Du würdest das Zimmer von mir (Daria) übernehmen, da ich am Ende meines Medizinstudiums stehe und jetzt Graz leider verlassen werde.
In der Wg wohnen dann mit dir:
Sarah (20), Physiotherapiestudentin, ist super gesellig und viel unterwegs. Es gibt immer was zu lachen wenn sie im Raum ist.
Isi (20), studiert Kunstgeschichte und kümmert sich gerne und viel um die WG und den Balkon, kreiert neue Kunstwerke und hat den grünen Daumen der Wg.
Martina (22), studiert Psychologie, spielt gerne Volleyball und ist der perfekte Party-Fortgeh-Buddy. Sie ist dann ein Semester in Madrid auf Erasmus, in der Zeit wohnt dann jemand anderes in ihrem Zimmer, das Zimmer wird auch grade zur Miete angeboten :)
Aaron (25), studiert Medizin, macht gerne Sport und ist immer gerne am Reden in der Küche und an deiner Sichtweise interessiert
Mauricio (30) arbeitet schon als Elektroingenieur, tanzt gerne Salsa und andere Tanzrichtungen, ist aus Peru und freut sich immer sehr über Deutsch/Spanisch Sprachaustausche wenn du interessiert bist. Er spricht super Deutsch, spricht aber meistens Englisch, kann aber immer gerne zum Deutschsprechen genötigt werden ;)
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-Wg, jeder macht zwar sein Ding so über den Tag verteilt, wir treffen uns aber doch oft in der Küche/am Balkon, machen Filmabende in Mauricios absurd großen Zimmer, gehen gemeinsam fort und schmeißen auch gerne mal Wg-Parties.
Es gibt 2 Bäder in der Wg, was super passt, einen sehr breiten schönen großen Gang, und einen coolen Balkon, auf dem man super entspannen kann. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine gibts auch.

Living with you in the Wg:
Sarah (20), physiotherapy student, is super sociable and on the road a lot. There is always something to laugh about when she is in the room.
Isi (20), studies art history and likes to take care of the WG and the balcony a lot, creates new artworks and has the green thumb of the WG.
Martina (22), studies psychology, likes to play volleyball and is the perfect party-going buddy. She will be in Madrid for one semester on Erasmus, during that time someone else will live in her room, the room is also available for rent right now :)
Aaron (25), studies medicine, likes to do sports and is always interested in talking in the kitchen and your point of view on things
Mauricio (30) is already working as an electrical engineer, likes to dance Salsa and other dance styles, is from Peru and is always happy to do German/Spanish language exchanges if you are interested. He speaks super German, but mostly speaks English, but can always be coerced into speaking German ;)
We are definitely not a purpose-built shared flat, everyone does their thing throughout the day, but we often meet in the kitchen/on the balcony, have movie nights in Mauricio's absurdly large room, go out together and also like to throw shared parties.
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, which fits great, a very wide beautiful large hallway, and a nice balcony where you can relax super. Washing machine and dishwasher are also available.
Deutsch:
Zimmer ist ab 1 Juli beziehbar. Mir wäre der Termin am liebsten, etwas späterer Einzug geht auch, können wir uns dann nochmal absprechen. Mitte August wäre spätestens super, aber reden wir nochmal dann :)
Martina vermietet gerade auch ihr Zimmer für ein Semester weil sie auf Erasmus geht, das Zimmer ist auch ab 1. Juli frei falls du interessiert bist oder jemanden kennst :)

The room is available from 1st of July. I would prefer this moving-in date, a little later is also possible, we can discuss what time is best for the both of us. Mid-August at the latest would be great.
