The room is furnished, it has a bed, a working table, and a wardrobe.
It has a big window and is quite bright.
The furniture is not modern but everything is good and ready to use.
There are two common balconies - one from the kitchen, the other one from the living room.
The other common places like the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are freshly renovated.
The kitchen equipment is new and also there are dishes and glasses which we can use.
the place is perfect for students and those who appreciate nature and parks.
House is situated near Botanischer Garten der Universität Graz and 5 min by bike to the Universität Graz
This is a very quiet and green area.

Billa and Spar are 10 min walk.
You will share the flat with two women and two cats.
We are Svitlana and Jenya.
Svitlana is a VJ and digital artist. She spends a lot of time at the studio working on projects. When she is home she prefers to spend quiet time, watching movies and playing with her cat Myakish.
Jenya is a digital photography artist. She will work from home.
Jenya likes to cook a lot and takes long walks in the parks. She has a cat who is very active and likes to play a lot.
We keep a friendly atmosphere and meet in the livingroom to chat, discuss the house rules, and share the news.
Also, we share the duty of cleaning the common areas of the flat and have rules about using equipment and furniture.
Our new flatmate has to accept cats because we have two.
A shared living room is good for having guests.
We don't mind guests, but every time it has to be discussed when and for how long we are having guests.
