Hallo ich heiße Moritz und suche ab 1.2.2023 (ein paar Tage vorher geht auch) eine Nachmieter*in für mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer kostet 325 € (inkl. aller Nebenkosten + Internet) und hat 14 m2. Die Möbel können gegen eine kleine Ablöse übernommen werden, aber darüber können wir gern persönlich reden. Die Wohnung hat eine riesengroße Wohnküche und einen extra Raum um Wäscheständer abzustellen. Das Bad ist mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Graz an der Leonhardstraße direkt gegeben über vom Stadtpark. Vom Straßen lärm bekommst du allerdings nichts mit, da das Zimmer Hofinnenseitig liegt.
