Das Zimmer is 12 qm groß und liegt am Anfang der Wohnung, weg von der Straße, wodurch es schön ruhig ist. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine Wohnfläche von 76 qm und zwei Kellerabteile. Zusätzlich steht ein privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnuug verfügt dazu über eine große Wohn-Ess-Küche. Diese eignet such ideal für ein harmonisches Zusammenleben oder auch mal eine Party.
Eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Bergmanngasse mitten im beliebten Bezirk Geidorf, von dort aus kann man sowohl die Innenstadt als auch die Universitäten in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt, im Stadtpark und bei der KF Universität, Campus 02 und Pädagogische Hochschule.
Außerdem sind Billa, Spar, Hofer, Bäcker und die Öffis in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen.
Wir ziehen leider alle aus aufgrund von Auslandsaufenthalten. Es handelt sich also um eine WG-Neugründung :)
Es stehen auch noch ein 13 qm Zimmer (Miete 390) und ein 16 qm (420€) Zimmer zur vergügung.
