Zimmer in 3er-WG

Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Lendplatz mit direkten Anschlüssen zu Jakominiplatz und Hauptbahnhof, sowie zur Uni und in alle anderen Richtungen. Die Straßenbahnlinien 3 und 5 sind an der Haltestelle Keplerbrücke nur rund 5 Gehminuten entfernt, alle anderen erreicht man in ca. 7 Minuten an der Haltestelle Rosseggerhaus. Auch ins Zentrum ist es zu Fuß (in ca. 10 Min. beim Hauptplatz) oder mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit, und für Uni- oder FH-Studenten liegt die Wohnung ebenfalls günstig.

In der Umgebung gibt es an Infrastruktur alles was das Herz begehrt innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Libro, Spar, Billa, dm, Hofer, Bipa, Kik, orientalische Lebensmittelhändler usw. werden mit einem Bauernmarkt und diversen Restaurants, Kebapläden, Imbissständen, Bars, Bankfilialen,... ergänzt. Auch viele Feste und Veranstaltungen (z.B. Salsamittwoch, Lendwirbel, diverse Konzerte) finden rund ums Jahr (normalerweise) in unmittelbarer Nähe statt.

Trotzdem ist die Lage eigentlich ziemlich ruhig und angenehm, und man bekommt vom umgebenden Wirbel vor allem auf der Innenhofseite überraschenderweise so gut wie gar nichts mit.

Just a few steps away is the Lendplatz bus stop with direct connections to Jakominiplatz and Central Station, as well as to the university and in all other directions. Tram lines 3 and 5 are only a 5-minute walk away at the Keplerbrücke stop, all others can be reached in about 7 minutes at the Rosseggerhaus stop. Also, you can reach the city center by foot (it's about 10 min. to the main square) or by bike not far, and for university or FH students the apartment is also cheap.

In the surrounding area, there is everything your heart desires within a very short time. Countless shopping opportunities, such as Libro, Spar, Billa, dm, Hofer, Bipa, Kik, oriental grocers, etc. Also available is a farmers market and various restaurants, kebap shops, food stalls, bars, bank branches,... complements. Also many festivals and events (e.B. Salsa Wednesday, Lendwirbel, various concerts) take place year round (usually) in the immediate vicinity.

Nevertheless, the location is actually quite quiet and pleasant, and you get almost nothing from the surrounding vortex, especially on the courtyard side.

Derzeit sind wir 2 Frauen in der WG, die studieren und arbeiten.

Wir sind sehr offene und gesellige Leute, sitzen gerne zusammen in der Küche und hören Musik oder tratschen, kochen auch mal was gemeinsam oder trinken ein Gläschen Wein (oder Cocktails haha ;) ) auf dem Balkon.
Unter normalen Umständen würden wir wohl auch hin und wieder ganz gern eine Party veranstalten und am Wochenende ausgehen, mit Freunden im Park was trinken oder Sport machen, und auch an Film- und Spieleabenden mit lieben Leuten haben wir normalerweise unsere Freude.

Trotzdem ist es für uns auch wichtig, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat und haben kann, wenn er/sie sie will oder braucht, also wenn die Zimmertür geschlossen ist, wird das auch respektiert.
Allgemein freuen wir uns über einen bewussten und rücksichtsvollen Umgang miteinander und auch mit unserer Umwelt. :)

Ansonsten gehören auch Reisen, Ausflüge, Wandern gehen, Kochen, Basteln, Garteln usw. zu den in der WG vertretenen Interessen.

Currently we are 2 women in the WG who study and work.

We are very open and sociable people, like to sit together in the kitchen and listen to music, cook something together or drink a glass of wine (or cocktails haha ;)) on the balcony.
Under normal circumstances, we would probably also like to have a party every now and then and go out on weekends, have a drink with friends in the park or do sports, and we usually find pleasure in hosting movie and game nights with loved ones.

Nevertheless, it is also important for us that everyone has and can have their privacy if they want or need it, so when the room door is closed, this is also respected.
In general, we are happy about a conscious and considerate approach to each other and also to our environment. :)

Otherwise, trips, excursions, hiking, cooking, handicrafts, etc. are also among the interests represented in the WG.
