Dein Zimmer wäre ca 20m2 groß (4tes Foto) und ist sehr ruihg in Richtung Innenhof ausgelegt. Es ist ein sehr schön renovierter Altbau, was ich als allgeimein sehr Wohnlich empfinde. Die Wohnung besteht aus meinem Zimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche, getrenntem WC und Bad und einem freiwerdenden Zimmer.

Durch die extrem Zentrale Lage ist beinahe alles in Graz zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem geht man zum Hauptplatz nur 4 Minuten und alle Bims (bis auf 3 und 5) halten direkt vor der Haustüre. Wenn du auch mal gerne feiern gehst kannst du also ohne Probleme auch in ca 20 Minuten ins Univiertel gehen. Durch die gute Bim Anbindung ist es auch ohne Probleme möglich in kurzer Zeit jede Universität zu erreichen.

Ich selbst Studiere an der TU Graz und würde sagen ich bin ein sehr offener Mensch.

Mich würde es freuen, hier einen neuen Mitbewohner bezihungsweise eine Mitbewohnerin zu finden. Für mehr Informationen beziehungsweise Fragen, einfach kurz melden. :)
