Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß, weiß gestrichen und weist einen Korkboden auf. Es ist mit einem Kasten, einem Bett 140x200 und einem Eckschreibtisch (alles in Nussdekor) ausgestattet. Die Balkontür ist eine große 2-Scheiben-Isolierkunststoffbalkontür, die zum privaten, 4,5m² großen Balkon, von dem der Schlossberg aus zu sehen ist, führt. Steckdosen sind in großem Umfang vorhanden. Außerdem ist ein SAT-Anschluss technisch möglich. Schalldämmung zum Nebenzimmer ist sehr gut.
The room is 12m² big, painted white and with cork flooring. It's furnished with a cupboard, bed 140x200 and a table all in nut decor. The balcony door is a big double layer insulation balcony door which makes way to the private 4,5m² balcony, from which the castle hill can be seen. Plugs are plentiful available, and a satellite-TV plug is technically available. The wall to the neighbour is close to soundproof.

Im Umkreis von 200m gibt es einen Billa, viele preiswerte Restaurants, Bäckereien und Imbissbuden, eine Apotheke, 2 Parks, ein Theater, die Postgarage (Clubbing-Location), einen Allgemein-Mediziner, und alles was sonst noch gebraucht wird. There are two students (m, approx. 27-28) living there right now. There is a big, combined kitchen/living room with a dinner table and a couch which invites to sit together.
High Speed Internet und WLAN sind im Mietpreis inkludiert. In der großen Wohnküche gibt es neben dem schrankhohen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank einen E-Herd und einen Geschirrspüler. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Die Eck-Couch mit Couchtisch, der Esstisch, die Küche, das Badezimmer und die Toilette stehen allen zur Verfügung. Badezimmer und Toilette sind getrennt. Weitere Möbel, Vorhänge, Utensilien etc. stehen zur Verfügung und können auf Wunsch verwendet bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Im nur für Bewohner zugänglichen Hof gibt es einen überdachten Fahrradabstellplatz. Die Wohnung hat in Summe 107m².
Das Zimmer wird ausschließlich an StudentInnen (nur an NICHT-RaucherInnen) vermietet.
Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

A couch and a couch table as well as a dinner table, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the toilette are available for everybody. Additional furniture, curtains, accessories etc. are available and can be used or changed if wished for. In the courtyard is a covered bicycle lot, which is just accessible by residents. The bathroom and the toilette are separate. The flat is 107m² big.
The room will just be rented to students (only to non-smokers).
Pets are not permitted.
