Die Wohnung liegt im Ersten Stock eines Altbaus, Das Zimmer 1 hat Blickrichtung auf die Griesgasse und auf die
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca 23m², zwei Fenster, Raumhöhe ca 2,9 m. preis ca 330€
Das Zweite Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca 16 m², Blick Richtung Feuerbachgasse sowie Griesgasse und ist ebenso teilmöbeliert. Preis ca 280€
Ein Schreibtisch sowie ein Sessel, Schrank, Bett, Bettwäsche, Regal sind vorhanden.
Lage: nördliches Ende vom Griesplatz, 1 Minute Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle, 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Jako, 10 Minuten zu Karl-Franzens-Universität.
