Since I'll be going on an exchange semester in the spring term, we have a room to rent out in our chill shared apartment. The exact period of rent is negotiable. :-)
Our shared apartment is located on the 1st floor (elevator available). It is a total of 88m2 and has a 20m2 balcony towards the courtyard (very quiet - despite central location).The garden on the first floor may also be used.
The apartment also has a cellar compartment and bicycle parking.
The room for rent has about 15m2 and is oriented to the east.
It has a huge window front, so it is nice and bright all day.
The total rent is 400€ AI.
The room is handed over furnished.

Unsere WG liegt im 1. Obergeschoss (Lift vorhanden). Sie ist insgesamt 88m2 groß und verfügt über einen 20m2 großen Balkon Richtung Innenhof (sehr ruhig - trotz zentraler Lage).
Der Garten im Erdgeschoss darf ebenso mitbenützt werden.
Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem ein Kellerabteil, sowie Fahradabstellplätze.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat ca. 15m2 und ist Richtung Osten ausgerichtet.
Es verfügt über eine riesige Fensterfront, somit ist es den ganzen Tag über schön hell.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 400€ AI. Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben.

Our shared apartment is located in Feuerbachgasse, right next to Bad zur Sonne and opposite the Burger Factory. The apartment is very centrally located - the center (Hauptplatz) can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. In addition, the Kunsthauscafe (Südtirolerplatz), the Augartenpark, as well as the Murradweg is only a stone's throw away.
All universities (KFU, FH, TU...) can be reached by bike within 10 minutes.
Connection: Within 3 minutes you can reach the BIM stop "Südtirolerplatz". The bus stop at Griesplatz (lines 31,32,33,39,40....) is just as easy to reach.
Shopping: the nearest grocery stores (Billa, Penny) are in the immediate vicinity.
Parking: there are parking spaces directly in front of the apartment (blue zone). Opposite is a paid parking lot, which is perfect for visiting.

Unsere WG befindet sich in der Feuerbachgasse, direkt neben dem Bad zur Sonne und gegenüber der Burger Factory. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - das Zentrum (Hauptplatz) erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Außerdem ist das Kunsthauscafe (Südtirolerplatz), der Augartenpark, sowie der Murradweg nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Sämtliche Unis sind mit dem Rad innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Anbindung: Innerhalb von 3 Minuten kommt man zur BIM-Haltestelle „Südtirolerplatz“. Ebenso schnell gelangt man zur Bushaltestelle am Griesplatz (Linien 31,32,33,39,40….)
Einkaufen: die nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Billa, Penny) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Parken: direkt vor der Wohnung befinden sich Parkplätze (blaune Zone). Gegenüber liegt ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz, der sich perfekt für Besuch eignet.
About your future roommates:
My roommates (Lisa, Cora and Sung) are between 20 and 23 years old and study in Graz. They love to travel, meet new people and cultures and experience "adventures". Besides studying, they like to do sports, go out and are up for pretty much any fun.
We are definitely not a purpose WG. Common undertakings, parties, etc are part of it with us! We also like to cook together and spend our evenings together. Nevertheless, we all need our peace and respect each other's privacy :-)

Zu deinen künftigen MitbewohnerInnen:
Wir (Lisa, Cora und Sung) sind zwischen 20 bzw. 23 Jahren alt und studieren in Graz. Wir lieben es zu Reisen, neue Menschen und Kulturen kennenzulernen und „Abenteuer“ zu erleben. Neben dem Studium, treiben wir gerne Sport, gehen gerne aus und sind für so ziemlich jeden Spaß zu haben.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG! Gemeinsame Unternehmungen, Parties oder Fortgeh-Abende gehören bei uns mit dazu! Außerdem kochen wir gerne gemeinsam und verbringen unsere Abende gerne zusammen. Trotzdem brauchen wir alle mal unsere Ruhe und respektieren die gegenseitige Privatsphäre :-)
