Hallo!
Da ich mein Sommersemester in Schweden verbringen werde, suche ich eine nette Person, die mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit (Mitte Jänner bis Ende Juni/Juli) zur Zwischenmiete übernehmen würde. :)
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 3er-WG und hat ~20 m². Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Grieskai in der Nähe vom Kunsthaus, hat 102 m² und wurde letztes Jahr generalsaniert. Das Zimmer wäre vollmöbliert zu übernehmen (Schrank, Kommode, Regal, Nachttisch, Bett, Schreibtisch), über die Details kann man sich aber natürlich noch einigen. Weitere Räume in der Wohnung sind Bad, WC, Abstellraum, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Die Miete beträgt 402€ (inkl. Strom und Heizung). Dein Mitbewohner und deine Mitbewohnerin studieren beide Umweltsystemwissenschaften im Bachelor und sind vor allem bei allen möglichen sozialen Aktivitäten dabei.

As I will be spending my summer semester in Sweden, I am looking for a person who will live in my room in the meantime (middle of January until end of June/July). :)
The room is part of a shared flat and has ~20 m². The flat is located on Grieskai, next to the art museum, has 102 m² and has been refurbished last year. It is directly in the city centre (less than 5 minutes walking distance to the main square), perfectly connected to public transport (tram station 1 minute away), you can reach both big universities in 10-15 min per bike, and from your room you have a perfect view to Schlossberg and the clock tower. The room itself is fully furnished (wardrobe, dresser, bookshelf, bedside table, bed, desk). Further rooms in the flat for shared use are bathroom, WC, storage room, kitchen and living room. Rent is 402€ per month, including heating and electricity. Your two flatmates are both studying Environmental System Sciences in their Bachelor’s and enjoy joining all kinds of social activities.
