Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein schönes ~16m^2 großes Altbau-Zimmer in einer 3er-WG.
Einziehbar ab 1.7.2022.

Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ~93m^2 und besteht aus einer großen Küche mit einer Abstellkammer und einem kleinen Balkon, von dem man in den grünen Innenhof sieht.
Badezimmer und Toilette
sind getrennt. Und sowohl im Bad als auch im Vorraum gibt es genug Stauraum.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 333,97€ (alles inkludiert) und die Kaution ist 800€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt beim Augarten, in einer Toplage. Bim und Bus sind in unmittelbarer
Nähe aber man kann auch alles zu Fuß erreichen
(In 10min ist man zu Fuß am Jakominiplatz, Citypark -5min, Lidl -3min, Hofer -2min)
Durch die Lage an der Mur ist man sofort im Grünen und auch die Unis sind schnell erreichbar mit dem Rad.
Die Mitbewohner sind Georg (33 Jahre alt) und Jan (31 Jahre alt), sind beide super freundlich :)
