Helles Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof. Das Zimmer hat einen Parkettfußboden; es befinden sich ein Spiegel, ein Karton-Bett und ein Regal darin, die bei Bedarf (kostenlos) übernommen werden können. Es lässt sich mit einem Rollo gut abdunkeln.
Sehr zentrale Lage! Du lebst zwischen Kunsthaus und Bad zur Sonne, Südtiroler Platz und Hauptplatz sind somit in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 sind keine 2 Minuten entfernt, gleich vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Station der Buslinie 67.
Auch sonst ist alles, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht, quasi um die Ecke: Spar, Penny, Bipa, Apotheke usw. Das Lendviertel mit netten Bars und Lokalen ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Und es gibt einen Innenhof mit Fahrradabstellplatz.
Du teilst dir die WG mit 3 unkomplizierten, berufstätigen/studierenden Leuten. Auch wenn alle ihrer Wege gehen, sind wir doch keine reine Zweck-WG. Unsere weitere Mitbewohnerin ist Nelly, eine extrem gut erzogene Labradoodle-Hündin (bellt nie), die sich über Streicheleinheiten freut!
