Das Zimmer ist voll möbeliert mit Bücherwand, Schreibtisch, Kleiderkasten und Bett, alles in edlem Design aus Mahagonifarbenem Holz. Unsere WG hat zwar kein Fernsehen, dafür aber eine 6 Mbit Internet Standleitung mit WLAN in jedem Zimmer. Waschmaschine gibts eine die von allen benutzt wird und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und allem was man zum Kochen braucht.
Die Wohnung ist absolut zentral gelegen, zwischen Hauptplatz und Franziskanerplatz, einer der ältesten und schönsten Teile von Graz. Alles was man braucht ist direkt um die Ecke und innerhalb von 1 Minute erreichbar (=
