The room is just available in June and the beginning of July since we're all moving out in August.
Our lovely WG is located in the heart of Graz - our living room faces directly to the main square. :)
The room is rather small, but has all the prerequisites to feel completely comfortable in it. As you see in the pictures, there is space for everything. The window is facing a private alley so there isn‘t any noice coming from outside although the central position of the apartament and you can sleep very comfortable! I have bought and decorated the room so we can agree for a prise on the furniture if you want to keep it! We have two toilets and one bathroom in the apartment. One of the toilets (also on the photos) is right next to the room - so no long walk at night!
In addition to your room, the WG also has a very large living room (40m²) - where we spend most of the time - as well as a cozy kitchen where we love to cook together!
The apartment really couldn't be more centrally located. We live directly on the main square with all tram lines right outside the door, so you are everywhere in no time. The Schlossberg is only a few minutes walk away and you don't have to walk far for a walk along the Mur. In addition, there are many nice cafes right outside the front door and you can always find your way back home after a few beers. :) To the KF and TU it is about 10 min. by bike and also to the main station you need only a few minutes with the tram.
✨WE ARE A SAFE SPACE FOR FLINTA*✨
We have always loved spending time together and would be very happy if you become part of our little WG family and carry on the vibe. :) We like to cook and eat together, drink a beer or wine from time to time, play board games or watch Netflix. But at the same time we try to communicate our wishes among each other and give everyone their space.
One important thing: We also like to host our friends from all over the world whenever we get the chance to and we like to host couchsurfers (see https://www.couchsurfing.com/dashboard), so it's important to us that whoever is moving in doesn't have a problem with us sharing our living space with other people and providing food and shelter for fellow travellers. As some of us have travelled extensively this has become one of our core values and we wouldn't like to compromise that.
In the flat we speak German and English but since some of our native English speakers are still struggling with Austrian dialects we prefer English in group conversations. ;)
