Dear all,
I am moving out of my very nice room. I am planning to move out from the beginning of June, because from the Middle of June I will be not in Graz, but the move in date could be flexible!
It’s a nice room, ca. 20sqm. The flat has 4 Bedrooms (my flatmates are also musicians, from KUG- Patrik Zastko, Timotej Willewaldt and Miha Kozelj) a nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an anteroom. The Adress is Elisabethstraße 18, so is like !!30sec.!! walk from KUG Brandhofgasse… shops like spar is in the near and also many more opportunities.
There is also the possibility to take over furniture (table, clothes rack etc…) Costs: 341€/month inkl. heating, plus 20,25€/month -electricity, and we have also wifi- 5€/month. You can send me a Pm and then have a look on it. !Of course, practicing is possible till 8pm (Do not hesitate, because it is a very nice flat and choice ;))
