Obwohl das Zimmer nord-seitig ausgerichtet ist, ist es sehr hell den ganzen Tag über. Der dunkle Dielenboden ist sehr speziell für eine Altbauwohnung, sowie auch die hohe Decke. Was mir persönlich an dem Zimmer so gut gefallen hat, war die rot bemalte Wand die das Zimmer so einzigartig macht. Im Zimmer befindet sich auch ein selbstgebautes Bett aus Fichtenholz, dass mein Bruder und ich letztes Jahr zusammen aufgestellt haben.
ENG: Although the room is facing north, it is very bright throughout the day. The dark plank floor is very special for an apartment in an old building, as well as the high ceiling. What I personally liked so much about the room was the red painted wall that makes the room so unique. In the room there is also a homemade bed made of spruce wood that my brother and I put up together last year.
Insgesamt gibt es noch 3 weitere Zimmer in denen jeweils ein liebenswerter Mitbewohner wohnt. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind separat und zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine.
ENG: In total there are 3 more rooms in each of which a lovely flatmate lives. The bathroom and the toilet are separate and in addition there is a laundry room with washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze von den Stadtbezirken Innere Stadt und Jakomini. Zu Fuß ist der Jakominiplatz in 2 Minuten erreichbar, von dort aus kann man in jede Richtung weiterreisen mit dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn.
ENG: The apartment is located on the border of the city districts Inner City and Jakomini. Jakomini Square can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, from there you can continue in any direction by bus or tram.
Das tolle an der Lage der Wohnung ist, dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptplatz oder zur Neuen Technik kommt.
ENG: The great thing about the location of the apartment is that you can reach the main square or the New Technology within a few minutes on foot.
In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein kleiner Spar und ein Billa Corso für den Lebensmitteleinkauf. In 5 Minuten ist die Buchhandlung Moser, 4 Stockwerke mit Büchern aller Kategorien. Mit der Straßenbahn vom Jakominiplatz ist das nächste Einkaufszentrum innerhalb 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
ENG: Nearby there is also a small Spar and a Billa Corso for grocery shopping. The Moser bookshop is 5 minutes away, 4 floors with books of all categories. The nearest shopping centre can be reached by tram from Jakomini Square within 30 minutes.
Im nächsten Zimmer wohnt Stefan, er studiert in Leoben an der Montan Universität und arbeitet gleichzeitig in Graz. Zusätzlich spielt er auch Musik, keine Panik, man hört Nichts. :)
Im darauf folgenden Zimmer wohnt Dzenita, sie beginnt mit ihrem Chemiestudium im kommenden Semester und ist vor ein paar Monaten neu in die WG gezogen.
ENG: In the next room Stefan lives, he studies in Leoben at the Montan University and at the same time works in Graz. He also plays music, don't panic, you can't hear anything. :)
Dzenita lives in the next room, she starts her chemistry studies in the coming semester and moved into the flat a few months ago.
