Das 13m2 große Zimmer ist sehr hell und das Fenster ist auf den Jakominiplatz gerichtet. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Zimmer, bei geschlossenem Fenster, angenehm ruhig. Ich würde das Bett + Matratze und den Schreibtisch gratis überlassen, falls gewünscht.
Die Lage ist perfekt für alle die gerne zentral wohnen, denn der Jakominiplatz ist vor der Haustür.
In der WG wohnen ein PHD-Student und ein BWLer. Das Miteinander ist nicht besonders eng, aber wenn es ein Problem gab konnte man immer eine Lösung finden.
Die Wohnung teilt sich in Küche, Bad, Klo und einen größeren Flur, der auch als Essbereich genutzt wird, auf. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.
