Also, die Wohnung ist 50m² groß und liegt in der Schießstattgasse (nähe Jakominiplatz- 5Minuten Fußweg), im 2.Stock- es ist aber ein Lift vorhanden.
Sie besteht aus:
~Bad (mit Badewanne =D)
~Wc (getrennt)
~Küche
~2 Zimmern
~ Weiters gibt es zur Wohnung auch ein Kellerabteil.
Im Haus gibt es auch in jedem Stock eine Waschküche (mit Trockner) und einen Balkon.
In der Wohnung sind Badezimmer und Küchenmöbel + Geräte vorhanden.
(Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd/Backrohr, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, auch Geschirr)
Das zu vergebende Zimmer hat 13m² und kostet inkl. BK & HK 280€.
Es wären noch Möbel vorhanden, die du für 600€ haben könntest.
Die Sachen sind fast neu und noch nicht beschädigt. (Sie wurden Mitte/Ende Oktober gekauft) -> ist aber kein muss !!
