The flat is located between the Finanzamt and Augarten on a quiet side street. Tram stops Finanzamt and Steyrergasse are both about 2 minutes away by foot. Jakominiplatz is 7 minutes away by foot. Many brands of grocery stores and restaurants are within short walking distance.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen dem Finanzamt und dem Augarten. Die Bimstationen Finanzamt und Steyrergasse sind zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Jakominiplatz sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Alle Marken von Lebensmittelgeschäften sind in der Nähe vertreten.
I am Stefan, 28 and I am currently finishing my studies in chemical and process engineering at the TU Graz. Till the end of the year I will do my master thesis, which will be a fulltime job outside of the apartment. There are also some tests still open I have to take which should be done in the first few months of 2024. After that I am moving out, which is the reason the contract can only go till I move out because I am not sure yet what I am gonna do with the aparment. I 100% guarante you can live here till the end of the winter semester. After that you will get plenty of notice time if you are looking for a place to stay longer than that.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery and all sorts of tools for food and drinks. Most importanly an Espresso maker. ;)
In the bathroom there is a washing machine which is at the lower end (5kg) of capacity but fits perfectly for washing one persons clothes of a week.
The living room has a beamer, Wii and music boxes. There is also the door to the balcony which fits 4 people. You might need to move the table around a bit to let everyone sit down.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Teller, Geschirr und alle möglichen Gerätschaften für Essen und Getränke. Am wichtigsten aber einen Kaffeevollautomaten. ;)
Im Badezimmer befindet sich die Waschmaschine mit einer Kapazität (5 KG) am unteren Ende aber dies passt perfekt für die Wäsche für eine Person pro Woche.
Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein Beamer, eine Wii und Musikboxen. Dort befindet sich auch die Tür zum Balkon, auf welchem 4 Leute sitzen können. Dazu muss man halt den Tisch ein bisschen hin und her schieben damit alle Platz haben.
