Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
Im Herzen von Graz wird ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer 4er WG zu einem unschlagbaren Preis frei. Das Zimmer ist 13 m2 groß und zur Innenhofseite ausgerichtet, wodurch das Zimmer sehr ruhig ist. Typisch für einen Altbau hat es hohe Wände und einen Fischgrätenboden. Bis auf die fix montierte Stellage inklusive Kleiderstange in der Ecke, die übrigens super viel Stauraum bietet, sowie ein an der Wand befestigtes Brett würde ich das Zimmer voraussichtlich unmöbliert übergeben, darüber lässt sich aber noch reden. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und hat auch einen Balkon; Bad und Toilette sind getrennt und die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock ohne Aufzug. In den ca. 295€ sind schon alle Nebenkosten inkludiert (Strom, Heizung, Internet, etc.). Lediglich würden noch 10€ pro Monat für allgemeine Einkäufe wie Putzmittel, Klopapier, etc. in eine gemeinsame WG-Kassa kommen.

In the heart of Graz, a cozy room in a shared flat for 4 people is available at an unbeatable price. The room is 13 m2 in size and faces the inner courtyard, making it very quiet. Typical for an old building, it has high walls and a fish bone floor. Apart from the fixed rack including clothes rail in the corner (which offers a lot of storage space), and a board attached to the wall, I would most likely hand over the room unfurnished, but we can still talk about that. The apartment is fully equipped and even has a balcony; bathroom and toilet are separate and the flat is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. The price mentioned above already includes all utilities (electricity, heating, internet, etc.), only 10€ per month would be added to a shared piggy bank for general purchases such as cleaning materials, toilet paper, etc.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen (unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Jakominiplatz) und TU & KF sind alle in ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, bzw. ist die öffentliche Anbindung auch super. Bzgl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist der nächste Spar am Dietrichsteinplatz 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Gegend lässt jedes Foodie-Herz höher schlagen, da es an guten Essensmöglichkeiten von Burger bis Ramen zu Pad Thai und Pho genügend Auswahl gibt.

The apartment is in a super central location (less than a 5-minute walk to Jakominiplatz) and TU & KF can all be reached by bike in about 5-10 minutes, and the public transport connections are also great. In terms of shopping, the nearest Spar on Dietrichsteinplatz is a 2-minute walk away and the area will make any foodie's heart beat faster, as there are plenty of good food options from burgers to ramen to pad thai and pho.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären Bettina, Ivan und Maximilian. Bettina ist unser neuestes WG-Mitglied und hat gerade ihr Studium in Barockflöte abgeschlossen, unterrichtet Flöte und arbeitet nebenbei im Museum. Ivan studiert Maschinenbau und ist leidenschaftlicher Koch und Zocker. Maximilian studiert ebenfalls Musik und ist unserer hauseigener Philosoph ;). Bzgl. des Zusammenlebens ist es keine Zweck-WG. Da wir kein Wohnzimmer haben, treffen wir uns häufig in der Küche oder am Balkon und unterhalten uns, haben viel Spaß gemeinsam und kochen auch öfters zusammen, bzw. gehen auch mal in den Park oder ins Pub um ein Bierchen zu zischen, sowie es sich eben ergibt. Außerdem gibt es einen Putzplan.

Your future flatmates would be Bettina, Ivan and Maximilian. Bettina is our newest flat member and has just completed her studies in baroque flute, also teaches and works part-time in the museum. Ivan is studying mechanical engineering and is a passionate cook and gamer. Maximilian is also studying music and is our in-house philosopher ;). In terms of living together, it's not a functional flat share. As we don't have a living room, we often meet in the kitchen or on the balcony and chat, have lots of fun together and often cook together or go to the park or the pub for a beer when the occasion arises. We also have a cleaning schedule.
Wir suchen jemandem, der sich auch ins WG-Leben integrieren möchte. Wenn du glaubst, dass es passen könnte, schreibe mir gerne hier. Vielleicht bist du schon bald das neueste Mitglied des Fuchsbaus :) .
