In das Zimmer kommst du, indem du durchs Wohnzimmer gehst. Beide sind westlich ausgerichtet und bekommen nachmittags sehr viel Sonne ab.
Dein Zimmer ist 14qm2 groß, wirkt durch die hohen Altbauwänden aber größer und der schöne Parkett macht das Zimmer super freundlich.
Es ist schon voll möbliert, das heißt du kannst gleich mit deinen Sachen einziehen :)

You get into the room by walking through the living room. Both face west and get a lot of sun in the afternoon.
Your room is 14sqm, but it looks larger due to the high walls and the beautiful parquet makes the room super friendly.
It's already fully furnished, which means you can move in straight away with your things :)
Dein Zimmer und das Wohnzimmer blicken direkt auf den wunderschönen Augarten, ideal zum Spazierengehen, Picknicken oder Spikeballspielen. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es auch ein schönes Café.
Von der Küche kommt man auf einen geräumigen Balkon, der in einen schönen, grünen und ruhigen Innenhof führt.
Der Jakominiplatz, wo sich alle Straßenbahnen und Busse treffen, ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Buslinie 34 ist 2 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt und bringt dich auch zum Jakominiplatz
Mit dem Fahrrad gelangt man in 10 Minuten zur KF-Universität und in 14 Minuten zur FH Joanneum.
Bushaltestellen zur KF-Universität liegen 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Der Supermarkt ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Your room and the living room look directly onto the beautiful Augarten, perfect for taking a walk, organizing a picnic or playing spike ball. There is also a nice cafe right outside the door.
There is a balcony with a beautiful, green and silent view.
Jakominiplatz, where all trams and buses meet, can be reached in 10 minutes. The 34 bus is 2 minutes away from the front door and also takes you to Jakominiplatz
You can get to the KF University in 10 minutes by bike and it takes 14 minutes to get to the FH Joanneum.
Bus stops to KF University are a 5-minute walk away.
The supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Rosa (23) und Laila (23). Sie sind beide super lieb und freuen sich über neue Leute.
Zusammen verbringen wir viel Zeit im Wohnzimmer, spielen Mario Kart schauen einen Film oder reden über unseren Tag. Wenn sich jemand zurückziehen will, wird das aber natürlich auch respektiert und auch darauf geachtet, dass bei z.B. Besuch sich in der Küche aufgehalten wird, wenn ich schon früher schlafe.
Wenn es passt essen wir auch gerne gemeinsam, aber bereiten auch gerne getrennt unsere Gerichte vor, wenn wir auf unterschiedliche Sachen Lust haben.
Probleme können immer offen angesprochen werden.
Ich finde es super angenehm mit den beiden zusammen zu wohnen :)

Your roommates are Rosa and Laila. They are both super nice and happy to meet new people.
We spend a lot of time together in the living room, playing Mario Kart, watching a movie or talking about our day. If someone wants to withdraw, we respect that and also make sure that when visitors come, for example, they stay in the kitchen if I go to sleep earlier.
We also like to eat together when it suits us, but we also like to prepare our dishes separately if we feel like different things.
Problems can always be discussed openly.
I think it's super pleasant to live with both of them.
