Im kommenden Jahr werde ich ein Auslandspraktikum absolvieren und möchte daher mein 20 m2 großes Zimmer für fünf Monate untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett, einem geräumigen Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Dank seiner Westausrichtung und der Lage im 8. Stock hat das Zimmer den ganzen Tag über viel Sonnenlicht, was es angenehm warm und hell macht. Bad und WC befinden sich in getrennten Räumen, und in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. In der Küche wird gerne gemeinsam gekocht, gesessen und geplaudert; zudem gibt es eine Speisekammer.
Irina und Richard, deine beiden Mitbewohner, legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und ein gutes zwischenmenschliches Verhältnis. Ihnen ist es wichtig, dass man sich gut versteht.
Ein Balkon ist vorhanden, allerdings nur über Richards Zimmer zugänglich. Die Wohnung liegt äußerst zentral zwischen dem Jakominiplatz und dem Augarten. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt 2 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt, und zu Fuß benötigt man 7 Minuten zum Jakominiplatz, von dem aus sämtliche öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar sind.
Die Gesamtkosten warm belaufen sich auf 450€

Next year, I will be undertaking an internship abroad and therefore, I'd like to sublet my 20 m2 room for five months. The room comes furnished with a bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. Thanks to its west-facing orientation and its location on the 8th floor, the room enjoys ample sunlight throughout the day, making it comfortably warm and bright. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the apartment is equipped with everything needed for daily living. The kitchen is a communal space where cooking, socializing, and chatting take place, and there is also a pantry available.
Irina and Richard, your two roommates, highly value cleanliness and fostering good interpersonal relationships. It's important to them that everyone gets along well.
There is a balcony available, but it's only accessible through Richard's room. The apartment is centrally located between Jakominiplatz and Augarten. A bus stop is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the front door, and it's a 7-minute walk to Jakominiplatz, from where all public transportation is accessible.
The total rent, including utilities, amounts to €450.

Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. 2min von der Wohnung entfernt ist der Augartenpark, wo man im Sommer an der Mur entspannen kann. Ein Spar befindet sich 3 min und ein Hofer 12min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zentrum kann man zu Fuß in 10 min erreichen.
Excellent public transportation connections. The Augarten Park, where you can relax by the Mur River in the summer, is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There's a Spar supermarket 3 minutes away and a Hofer supermarket 12 minutes away on foot. The city center is reachable on foot within 10 minutes.
Als WG Unternemen wir sehr viel gemeinsam und haben einen herzlichen Umgang. Irina(21) studiert im 1. Semester Medizin und hat viel für die Uni zu tun. Sie unternimmt trotzdem gerne etwas. Richard(30) schreibt gerade an seiner Masterarbeit für Verfahrenstechnik und arbeitet nebenbei.
As a shared apartment, we engage in many activities together and maintain a warm atmosphere. Irina (21) is in her first semester studying Medicine and has a lot of work for university. Despite her workload, she enjoys going out and doing activities. Richard (30) is currently working on his master's thesis in Process Engineering while also holding a part-time job.
