I am finishing my Erasmus semester, so i am looking for someone to replace me in my room ☺️
The room is bright and cosy. All the furniture that you see in the photos stay there, you DON’T need to pay extra for anything in the flat. Everything is absolutely included in the rental price.
In the kitchen there is a nice stove and oven where you can cook, bake bread etc. and a dishwasher.
The spacious bathroom has a floor heating system which feels nice after taking shower there.
The flat is located right next to Ostbahnhof train station, there is a tram stop, Spar, OBI, John Reed fitness club in 1 minute walking. It’s 8 minutes to Jakomini platz or 10 minutes to the city center by tram.
It is very easy to get anywhere by bike as well.
There are 2 other flatmates: Hungarian and Spanish. They are both very friendly, kind, quiet, easy going and they all like keeping everything clean.
We share a kitchen and a bathroom together and I have never faced any problems with sharing it. We have quite different schedules and we never have to wait for someone to leave the place to take shower or cook.
