Dear all
The room (approx. 18 m²) is located to the east on the second floor towards a one-way street with little traffic. It is therefore very quiet and cozy, and you don't actually hear anything from outside or from the neighbors. Of the furniture, the wardrobe and the sofa remain, and no transfer is necessary as the furniture is part of the inventory. In the apartment there are three more shared rooms as well as a living room and a balcony, which are shared by everyone. The bathroom and toilet are in the same room, but separated from each other.
And a little about us:
There are currently three of us in the apartment and looking for our fourth roommate.
We are two musicians (singer and violinist) and one who studies stage design.
Each of us also has other activities or works on the side, which makes us quite busy people. Nevertheless, we occasionally promise each other a cup of tea in the living room or a chat in the kitchen.
Our apartment is not a party shared apartment either, we keep it quiet during rest times, but the idea of a joint celebration in the house has been on the table for a while.
In general, if you are a friendly and tidy person and you don't mind hearing from us while practicing from time to time, you are welcome to write to us and visit us.
