Das verfügbare Zimmer hat ca. 14m2, es ist daher nicht all zu groß – klein, aber fein :)
Bei Bedarf würde ich mein Bett gegen eine Ablöse gerne vor Ort belassen - muss aber natürlich nicht sein.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt zurzeit insgesamt 420,- Euro (warm, inkl. BK & Strom). Die
zu hinterlegende Kaution für das Zimmer beträgt 1000,- Euro.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Grazer Bezirk „Jakomini“ (8010), genauer gesagt in der „Klosterwiesgasse“.
Sämtliche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Apotheke ect.) sowie die TU-Graz sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Auch ein Fitnessstudio, ein Einkaufszentrum sowie das ein oder andere Kaffeehaus/Bäckerei findest du in der Nähe.
Aber auch die FH Joanneum, die Karl-Franzens-Uni sowie die MUG sind mit den Öffis super easy erreichbar.

In der WG wohnst du mit 2 netten Mädels zusammen, beide studieren in Graz im Gesundheitsbereich. Die Mädls sind zwischen 20 und 21 Jahren.
