Da ich für meinen Master nach Schweden gehe, ziehe ich ab Juli schweren Herzens aus meinem Zimmer aus (Datum flexibel!)
Die Wohnung ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Technischen Universität entfernt. Die Karl-Franzens Universität, die Kunstuni und die Innenstadt sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es im Überschuss auch jeweils 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Augartenpark und Stadtpark auch jeweils 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit Straßenbahnanschluss innerhalb 100m.
Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und die Vermieter sehr bemüht! Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sonnig! Vorallem am Vormittag liegt mein Zimmer schön in der Sonne.
Meine Mitbewohnerin heißt Clara, ist 25 Jahre alt, studiert Rechtswissenschaften und Französisch. Sie kocht gerne und gut, geht für ihr Leben gerne wandern, liest gerne und ist für allerlei schnell zu begeistern! Wir hatten immer ein sehr harmonisches Zusammenleben!
Mein Zimmer würde ich komplett möbliert übergeben ☺️ Sozusagen sofort zum Einziehen:)

As I leaving for my Masters degree to go to Sweden, my room is available for rent from July onwards (dates are flexible)!
The flat is a 3-minute walk from the Technical University. The Karl-Franzens University, the University of Arts and the city centre can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
There are also plenty of grocery shops within a 5-10 minute walk of the flat.
Augartenpark and Stadtpark are also a 15-minute walk away!
The flat is very centrally located with a tram connection within 100m.
The house is in very good condition and the landlords are very helpful! The flat is very bright and sunny! Especially in the morning my room is in the sun.
My flatmate's name is Clara, she is 25 years old, studies French and is just finishing her law degree. She loves cooking, hiking, enjoys reading and is quick to get excited about all sorts of things! We've always lived together very harmoniously!
I would hand over my room fully furnished! Ready to move in:)
