Zu der Wohnung gehören außerdem eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Esszimmer, ein Bad, ein WC, ein großer Flur und das Highlight: der schöne Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne und Schlossbergblick.

The apartment also has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a WC, a large hallway and the highlight: the beautiful balcony with afternoon sun and a view of the Schlossberg.

Die WG liegt superzentral in der Grazbachgasse, mit nur wenigen Gehminuten zu Jakominiplatz und Innenstadt. Augarten und TU sind ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und KF und Meduni erreicht man mit Rad oder Bim auch ganz bequem.
Alles wichtige, was man zum Leben braucht befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Billa, Spar, Apotheken, Dönerläden, Eisdielen und noch viel mehr.

English: The flat share is centrally located in Grazbachgasse, just a few minutes' walk from Jakominiplatz and the city center. Augarten and TU are also just a few minutes' walk away and KF and Meduni can also be easily reached by bike or public transportation.
Everything you need to live is in the immediate vicinity: Billa, Spar, pharmacies, kebab stores, ice cream parlors and much more.

In der WG wohnen aktuell Simon, Robin und Timna. Alle drei studieren an KF oder TU und sind über den Sommer mal mehr und mal weniger in Graz. In der WG herrscht generell eine offene freundliche Atmosphäre, es sind aber auch alle viel beschäftigt und unterwegs und so kann es auch mal sein, dass man sich ein bisschen verpasst. Wenn es sich ergibt sind aber alle offen für ein Gespräch, ein gemeinsames Bier oder einen Kaffee auf unserem wunderschönen Balkon. Ein wertschätzender Umgang miteinander und das grobe Einhalten eines Putzplans sind uns außerdem wichtig.

Simon, Robin and Timna currently live in the shared flat. All three are studying at KF or TU and are sometimes more and sometimes less in Graz over the summer. There is generally an open and friendly atmosphere in the shared flat, but everyone is busy and on the go, so it can happen that you miss each other a bit. But when the opportunity arises, everyone is open for a chat, a beer together or a coffee on our beautiful balcony. Respectful interaction with one another and adherence to a cleaning schedule are also important to us.

Da unsere 4. Mitbewohnerin, Hannah, auszieht und wir ab Herbst eine*n langfristige*n Mitbewohner*in suchen, bietet Hannah das Zimmer über den Sommer zur Zwischenmiete an. Ideal wäre ein Zeitraum von Anfang Juni bis Ende September, über andere Möglichkeiten lässt sich aber natürlich reden. Ein Teil der Möbel wird vorerst im Zimmer bleiben, so dass es sich gut darin leben lässt. Kontaktiere uns bei Interesse gerne, alles weitere lässt sich dann besprechen! Since our 4th roommate, Hannah, is moving out and we are looking for a long-term roommate starting in fall, Hannah is offering the room for interim rent over the summer. The ideal period would be from the beginning of June to the end of September, but other options can of course be discussed. Some of the furniture will remain in the room for the time being so that it is easy to live in. Please contact us if you are interested and we can discuss everything else!
