The room is approximately 11 m² in size and provides enough space for essential furniture. If you find yourself running out of space for university materials or similar items, there’s additional storage available in the hallway closet or in the living room. Due to its location, the room is very quiet and allows peaceful studying or sleeping even with the window open. The furniture in the room can be taken over for free. There are no additional costs for communal furniture in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. 🏡
There is also a large rooftop pool with a great view over Graz which can be used. 🏊♀️
The apartment itself is around 97 m² (plus approximately 20 m² balcony) and consists of three separate bedrooms. Additionally, it has a very spacious dining and living room, perfect for gatherings or hosting guests.
The apartment is centrally located in the in the Klosterwiesgasse. Tram stations Jakominigürtel (lines 4 and 5) and Moserhofgasse (line 6) are within a 5-minute walk. Billa and Spar supermarkets are also easily accessible on foot.
You would share the apartment with two students. Sabrina (23) studies Advanced Materials Science, and Marius (27) studies Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University. Your future roommates value privacy and respect each other, but would also be happy to spend time together. Feel free to form your own impression. 🙂
