Das Zimmer geht nach Südosten auf den Dietrichsteinplatz und ist dank zwei großer Fenster sehr hell und sonnig. Falls es einmal zu warm wird, hat das Zimmer noch einen Deckenventilator. Das Zimmer hat durch hohe Wände und schiefe Winkel besonderen Altbau-Charme.
Boden: Parkett.
Da ich auf Auslandssemester gehe, würden alle Möbel im Zimmer bleiben. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Bett mit Matratze (1,40m), Nachttisch, Schreibtisch mit Sessel, gemütliche Couch, geräumiger Kleiderkasten, Bücherregale.
Kaution für die Möbel: 300€.

The room is facing South-East, so it's very bright and sunny all day long. If it ever gets too hot, there is also a huge fan on the ceiling. The building is very old, so the entire apartment has nice high rooms and some of the rooms (like mine) have sharp corners.
Flooring: parquet.
Since I'm going abroad for a semester, all of my furniture would stay in the room. This means you'll have a bed + matress (1,40m), night table, desk with office chair, a comfortable couch, very big closet and some book shelves.
Rental deposit for furniture: 300€.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Dietrichsteinplatz (Eingang hofseitig), mit Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Spar, Bäckerei, etc. vor der Haustür. Zum Markt am Kaiser-Josef-Platz, zum Stadtpark sowie zum Jakominiplatz braucht man zu Fuß fünf Minuten.
Im wunderschönen Innenhof gibt es einen überdachten Radabstellplatz. Wir haben eine große, gemütliche Küche mit Balkon (in den Innenhof) und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine (WC getrennt).
Weg zur KF/TU mit dem Rad: 10/5 Minuten.
Weg zur KF/TU mit den Öffis: 15/5 Minuten.

The flat is located on Dietrichsteinplatz (entrance to the building through the courtyard). The tramway station, a supermarket, bakery, etc. are all situated on the square. It takes approx. five minutes to reach Jakominiplatz, the main park or the farmers' market on Kaiser-Josef-Platz by foot.
There's a stall for parking bikes in the beautiful courtyard. We have a large and comfortable kitchen with a balcony (facing the courtyard) and a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a laundry machine (toilet is seperate).
It takes 10/5 minutes to go to Karl-Franzens-University/Technical University by bike.
It takes 15/5 minutes to go to Karl-Franzens-University/Technical University by public transport.
Wir sind derzeit zu viert: Anna (22, studiert Maschinenbau), Moritz (28, Fotograf, studiert Maschinenbau), Kevin (21, studiert Informatik und Geschichte) und ich (von September bis Februar im Ausland).
Wir sind eine eher gemütliche WG, kochen gerne miteinander und spielen auch mal Gesellschaftsspiele oder trinken ein Bier zusammen in der Küche. Wir würden uns über jemanden freuen, der nicht eine reine Zweck-WG sucht, sondern ebenfalls gesellig ist, gerne kocht und gelegentlich für gemeinsame Unternehmungen zu haben.
Unsere Interessen sind: Fotografieren, Klettern, Wandern, Football schauen, Gesellschaftsspiele, Backen, Laufen.

Right now, there is four people living in the apartment; Anna (22, studies mechanical engineering), Moritz (28, photographer, studies mechanical engineering), Kevin (21, studies history and computer science) and me (gone from Sept-Febr). We're rather laid-back, enjoy cooking together and the occasional beer or board game in our kitchen. We'd be happy to have somebody as a flatmate who isn't just looking for a room to sleep in, but who's also sociable, likes cooking and doing stuff together from time to time.
Our hobbies are: photography, rock climbing, hiking, watching football games, playing board games, baking, jogging.
If you are an Erasmus student, we'd also be happy if you were interested in speaking German at home. We speak English, but we don't want to have somebody in our apartment who just came here to party and doesn't show any interest in their Austrian surroundings :) No offense to partying Erasmus people.
