I am renting my room for the winter semester which is fully equippted with a larg bed a really comfy big couch - also possible to make a bed out of it - and a really large tesk (office) corner as well as a pretty great chill out area:)
It is super close to the city - 2 minutes walking and you are in the great city center with all the pubs and beautiful old city town and lifestyle. The main public transport point is also located 2 minutes from here. It takes you 5 minutes to the technical university, 7 minutes to the art university and 15 minutes to the main university (KF). Food and shops and everything you need is within 2 minutes walking distance.
I live together with two awesome and very nice girls, One is alredy done with here bachelor in architecture and working right now at a great coffee shop and the other is still studiyng at FH Joanneum and also working a lot. But besides lots of working and studying there is always some time for a cold beer, parties and nice conversations either at our great place - huge living and chill area as well as a big kitchen to chill and a balcony - or close to us in one of our cool pubs or bars.
