3er WG in sehr guter TU Graz Lage sucht einen Nachmieter!
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer hat ca. 17m^2 und ist derzeit noch möbliert. Die möbel können per bedarf übernommen werden (20€, Bier oder Wein^^). Die Miete beträgt 290€ inklusive Heizung, Strom und Internet.
WG ist grundsätzlich ruhig und sucht einen Nachmieter der/die vielleicht kein Studienanfänger(in) ist.
Lage:
Jakominiplatz ca. 7min zu Fuß
Neue Technik ca. 4min zu Fuß
Infeldgasse, Alte Technik und KF ist sehr schnell mit dem Rad erreichbar (oder Öffis)
Wohnung:
Derzeit wohnen 2 weitere Studenten, Andreas (Biomedical Engineering) und Michael (VWL) in der Wohnung.
Wohnung ist im 3ten Stock mit netten Balkon in den Innenhof.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und ist auch der Platz unserer Waschmaschine.
Infos:
Das Zimmer wäre ab Mitte Juli (Datum kann angepasst werden xD) bis spätestens Anfang September bezogen werden. Ist in diesem Zeitraum flexible, kann das einfach Vereinbart werden :)
