Die WG befindet sich im 3. Stock (Dachgeschoss) in der Grazbachbachgasse.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat ca. 17m2, wird unmöbliert vermietet und hat 2 Fenster, wodurch es sehr hell ist.
Ansonsten gibt es in der WG noch eine voll ausgestattete Küche inkusive Geschirrspüler, sowie ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Da du mitten in der Stadt wohnen wirst, hast du es weder zum einkaufen noch auf die Uni besonders weit.
Obwohl das Haus direkt an der Kreuzung Grazbachgasse / Klosterwiesgasse liegt, bekommt man, so lange die Fenster geschlossen sind, nicht wirklich viel mit vom Verkehr.
Du würdest dir deine WG mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern teilen, welche beide arbeiten.
Es ist hauptsächlich eine Zweck WG, wo jeder seinen eigenen Sachen nachgeht, aber für gemeinsame unterhaltungen oder mal gemeinsam ein Bier trinken gehen, wird sich immer jemand finden :)
