Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines typischen Altbaus und ist 180m2 groß. Das freie Zimmer ist unmöbliert, misst ca. 23m2, ist sehr hell mit einem Fenster nach Süden in den Hof, hat wunderschönen Parkettboden und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Die Küche hat einen hofseitigen Balkon und der Garten ist mit benutzbar. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein Badezimmer mit WC, sowie ein weiteres kleines Bad und getrenntes WC.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Altbau and is 178m2. The unfurnished room is 11m2 and has a peaceful location, a window towards the backyard, a lot of light and a nice wooden parquet. The spacious kitchen has a nice balcony and the garden is also available for use.
Additionally there is one bathroom with a toilet as well as a separate small bath and separate second toilet.
Die sehr ruhige Kopernikusgasse befindet sich im Univiertel direkt neben der TU und 5 Minuten mit dem Rad von der Kunstuni entfernt und circa 10 Minuten zur KF Uni. Es sind nur zwei Gehminuten zum Dietrichsteinplatz mit Verkehrsanbindung zu Tram Linien 3 & 6 mit direkter Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof. Sowohl dort, als auch am ebenfalls nahen Jakominiplatz gibt es eine Reihe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Stadtpark ist ebenfalls nur 6 Minuten entfernt.
The peaceful Kopernikusgasse is located directly next to the TU, is only 5 minutes away from the Kunstuni by bike and only two minutes away by foot to Dietrichsteinplatz, connecting you to the Hauptbahnhof through tram lines 3 & 6. It is equally close to Jakominiplatz, where there is a variety of shopping possibilities, including supermarkets. The Stadtpark is also only 6 minutes away.
