- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Billa Plus 300m, Hofer 500m
- Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür
Meine Anforderungen:
- keine Zweck-WG
- unkompliziertes Zusammenwohnen
- ordentlich und sauber!
- keine Stubenhocker
- tierlieb (es wohnt in der Wohnung auch ein dicker flauschiger Kater)
Der monatliche Preis von 450,- setzt sich aus Miete inkl. BK (415,-) Strom (25,-) und
Internet (10,-) zusammen. Kaution: 1160,-
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, alle anderen Möbel, Gegenstände bleiben in der
Wohnung und können mitbenutzt werden. - Das heißt, es wäre nur das Zimmer
einzurichten.
Es gibt noch eine sehr geräumige Speisekammer, die auf den Fotos nicht dargestellt ist. Dort sind auch Geräte wie ein extra Tiefkühlschrank, Mikrowelle, etc. vorhanden.
