Das Zimmer hat etwa 20m² und ist voll möbliert. Es hat große Süd-Ost Fenster und ist deswegen immer sehr hell.
Das 1,40m breite Bett kann durch Vorhänge vom restlichen Zimmer abgetrennt werden, was ich sehr gemütlich finde. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch mit zwei Sesseln, eine Couch und einen gemütlichen Polstersessel, ein Bücherregal, ein Regal für Kleidung, eine Kleiderstange und einige Pflanzen (: Ich werde meine Dinge natürlich wegräumen, damit du deine Sachen unterbringen kannst!
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit Tisch, Couch, Speisekammer und Balkon (Sonne am Nachmittag). Klo und Bad sind getrennt, im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne. Es gibt einen weiteren Balkon auf der anderen Seite des Hauses (von Lenas Zimmer begehbar) der am Vormittag und zu Mittag Sonne hat und auch gerne benutzt werden kann. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Garten und ein Kellerabteil.
The room has about 20m² and is fully furnished. It has large windows facing south-east and is therefore very bright.
The 1.40 m wide bed can be separated from the rest of the room by curtains, which I find very cozy. There is a desk with two chairs, a couch and a big comfortable chair, a bookshelf, a shelf for clothes, a clothing rail and many plants (: I'll put my things away of course, so you have space for your own stuff!
The apartment has a kitchen with table, couch, pantry and balcony (sunny in the afternoon). Toilet and bathroom are separated, in the bathroom there is a bathtub. There is another balcony on the other side of the house (accessible from Lena's room) which has sun in the morning and at noon and can be used. There is also a small garden and a cellar compartment.
Die Wohnung liegt im verkehrsberuhigten Teil der Wielandgasse in einer Einbahn. Es ist deshalb sehr ruhig in der Wohnung, man hört selbst in den straßenseitigen Zimmern keinen Straßenlärm. In einer Minute ist man zu Fuß im Augarten, in 7 Minuten am Jakominiplatz, wo man in fast alle Öffis einsteigen kann. Direkt vor der Haustüre gibt es Fahrradständer.
The apartment is located in the lower part of Wielandgasse in a one-way street with little traffic. It is therefore very quiet in the apartment, you barely hear any street noise even in the rooms facing the street. In one minute you can walk to the Augarten, in 7 minutes to Jakominiplatz, where you can get on almost all public transport. There are bike racks right outside the front door.
Wir sind wie eine kleine Familie, also definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Es wird viel gemeinsam gekocht, getratscht, gespielt und gelacht. Wir unternehmen vieles miteinander, man kann sich aber natürlich jederzeit zurückziehen. Lena (23) hat Informationsdesign studiert und arbeitet jetzt vier Tage die Woche in einer Druckerei. Maria (22) studiert Umweltsystemwissenschaften und Volksschullehramt. Beide sind gerne in der Natur, fahren gern Zug und Fahrrad, spielen Gitarre und sind fröhliche offene Menschen. Tiere sind in unserer WG immer willkommen, wir haben bereits ein Semester lang auf die Katze einer Freundin aufgepasst und es wird vielleicht in Zukunft wieder eine Katze bei uns einziehen.
Wir würden uns freuen jemanden zu finden, der gut in die Runde passt! Geschlecht und Alter sind für uns nebensächlich - wir suchen nach einem unkomplizierten offenen kommunikativen Menschen. Da wir uns vegetarisch ernähren, wäre es super wenn du das auch tust. Ansonsten wäre uns noch wichtig, dass du gegen COVID-19 geimpft bist.
We are like a small family. There is a lot of cooking, talking, playing and laughing together. We spend lots of time together, but of course you can be by yourself at any time. Lena (23) studied information design and now works in a printing house four days a week. Maria (22) is finishing her degree in environmental systems science and is studying to become a primary school teacher. Both like to be in nature, ride the train and bike and play the guitar. They are cheerful open people. Animals are always welcome in our flat, we have already looked after a friend's cat for a semester and maybe a cat will move in with us again for the next months.
We would be happy to find someone who fits well into the group! Gender and age are not important to us - we are looking for an uncomplicated, open, communicative person. Since we are vegetarians, it would be great if you were one too. It would also be important to us that you are vaccinated against COVID-19.
Ich gehe für ein Monat auf Reisen und möchte in dieser Zeit mein Zimmer untervermieten. Über den genauen Zeitrahmen können wir gerne reden. Wir freuen uns dich kennenzulernen - melde dich einfach bei mir!
