Diese Perle aller WG Zimmer in Graz ist ca. 14m² groß und in den 300Euro ist schon alles enthalten (Strom, Internet etc...). Sowohl von den beiden Zimmerfenstern wie auch von der Terrasse aus kanns du den herrlichen Ausblick über die Dächer Graz auf den Schöckl genießen. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof raus, es ist daher sehr ruhig, obwohl du mitten in der Innenstadt lebst. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, und es gibt in der WG alles notwendige wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Töpfe/Pfannen, Wäscheständer...
Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, Das Zimmer ist schon ab dem 24.07 frei. Auch was das Auszugsdatum angeht, sind ein paar Tage plus/minus okay!

This pearl of all shared rooms in Graz is about 14m² in size and in the 300Euro is already included everything (electricity, internet etc...). From both windows and the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view over the roofs of Graz to the Schöckl. The windows are facing the inner courtyard, so it is very quiet, although you live in the middle of the city center. The room is furnished, and there is everything necessary in the shared apartment such as washing machine, dishwasher, pots / pans, clothes horse...
Move-in date is flexible, the room is already free from 24.07. Also as for the move-out date, a few days plus/minus are okay!
Sehr viel zentraler geht es in Graz eigentlich nicht. Der Hauptverkehrspunkt mit so fast allen Bus- und Bimlinien ist gerade mal 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Für alles weitere (Supermarkt, Trafik, Bar, Imbiss, Apotheke...) brauchst du sogar nur handgemessene 2Min. Außerdem kannst du auf dem Kaiser-Josef direkt nebenan auf dem Bauernmarkt täglich frisches Gemüse kaufen.

It doesn't get much more central than this in Graz. The main traffic point with so almost all bus and bus lines is just 5 min walk away. For everything else (supermarket, tobacconist, bar, snack bar, pharmacy...) you need even only hand-measured 2min. In addition, you can buy fresh vegetables daily on the Kaiser-Josef right next door at the farmer's market.
Im Moment haben alle WG-Bewohner Urlaub und sind deshalb ab und zu nicht da. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass unser oberes Stockwerk ein AirBnB ist. Wir haben also regelmäßig Besuch, aber natürlich bist du zu überhaupt nichts verpflichtet (Betten waschen etc. übernimmt die WG). Bisher haben wir ausschließlich positive Erfahrungen gemacht und hatten zum Teil sehr schöne Abende mit unseren Gästen. Andere Gäste haben wir dagegen kaum bemerkt, da sie nur zum schlafen hier waren.
Wenn wir da sind, sind alle dem Kaffee, Wein und Bier freundlich zugewandt und kochen auch gerne zusammen. :) Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, und da du auch einen ganzen Monat bei uns bleiben würdest, solltest du auch bereit sein, ab und zu den Schwamm in die Hand zu nehmen und die gemeinsamen Zimmer (Küche, Bad, Eingang) der Wohnung zu putzen.

At the moment all WG residents have vacation and are therefore not there from time to time. It is important to know that our upper floor is an AirBnB. So we have regular visitors, but of course you are not obligated to anything (washing beds, etc. takes over the WG). So far, our experience has been exclusively positive and we have had some very nice evenings with our guests. Other guests we have hardly noticed, because they were only here to sleep.
When we are there, everyone is friendly to coffee, wine and beer and also likes to cook together. :) Cleanliness is important to us, and since you would also stay with us for a whole month, you should also be willing to take the sponge in your hand from time to time and clean the common rooms (kitchen, bathroom, entrance) of the apartment.
Pros:
- mit Sicherheit eine der schönsten WGs in Graz, besonders die Terrasse mit seiner Aussicht ist ein Prachtstück.
- Kontakt mit spannenden, internationalen, aber vor allem sehr lieben Menschen über AirBnB.
- super zentral.
